If the amount of fat to be taken is 1-2 liters, local anesthesia should be applied, and if it is more, general anesthesia should be applied. The duration of action of local anesthesia is limited. Long-term local anesthesia may cause respiratory problems. For this reason, general anesthesia is the healthiest.
